As a head of Ernst&Young Israeli financial services department, Benjamin was the partner in the charge and involved in the audits of the insurance groups ( thus including 4 of the 5 largest insurance groups in Israel and most of the second tier companies in Israel market ), pension funds, investment houses and banks in Israel. Benjamin also consults to the various companies in the insurance and pension industries on matters related to the business strategy, compliance with regulations preparations towards Solvency II, and issues related to the relationship with the Commissioner.
Recently Benjamin established a private consulting firm.
As a part of his rill, Benjamin participated in several M&A transactions in the financial industry in which he represented buyers and sellers and let many due diligence processes.
In addition, Benjamin benefits from close relations with the Capital, Insurance and Saving Department of the Ministry of Finance in Israel and when approached, cooperated with the Department in legislation matters
